Returns

Feel  confident in ordering from SolarLightsNow.Com. If you are not satisfied with any of the products, you may return them within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in it's original wrapping, less shipping cost. In the event that you need to return a product, please email us for return instructions at support@solarlightsnow.com.

If your product is damaged when you receive it,  contact us within 5 days and we will correct the problem. There will be an exchange for damaged items but no refunds. Contact us at support@solarlightsnow.com.

Taxes

SolarLightsNow.Com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Texas and California.  If you order within the state of Texas you will be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax. If you order within the state of California you will be charged an additional 7.75% sales tax.

Cancellations

We attempt to ship orders within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, email us before the 24 hours is up at support@solarlightsnow.com.

Backorder

A product that has already been ordered and is out of stock it will be the customer's choice to either:   1- Receive a refund    2- Receive a store credit    3- Wait for the new stock to become available.

We will email you and ask you which option you would prefer.
