Shipping

Orders that are placed before Noon CST are usually shipped the same day. Orders that are received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday and orders placed on a Holiday will be shipped the following work day. Delivery time for ground shipments usually take between 2 to 6 days, depending on your location. We ship through UPS;  please provide us with a valid mailing address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We currently ship within the United States only. Our shipping costs are determined by a shipping calculater that is built into our website, it calculates from and to zip codes plus the weight of the shipment, there are no additional charges added. 

Returns

Feel  confident in ordering from SolarLightsNow.Com. If you are not satisfied with any of the products, you may return your purchase for a refund minus shipping, within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in it's original wrapping. You will be responsible for paying return shipping to us. If your purchase included free shipping, we will also deduct our shipping costs for the original shipment from your refund. In the event that you need to return a product, please email us for return instructions at support@solarlightsnow.com. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
 

If your product is damaged when you receive it,  contact us within 5 days and we will correct the problem. There will be an exchange for damaged items but no refunds. Contact us at support@solarlightsnow.com.

Taxes

SolarLightsNow.Com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Texas and California.  If you order within the state of Texas you will be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax. If you order within the state of California you will be charged an additional 7.75% sales tax.

Backorder

A product that has already been ordered and is out of stock we will notify you by email and issue you a full refund.
